These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the sombrereflet.com website.
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs are not contractual.
Products are offered while stocks last.
In case of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed and refunded.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included where applicable.
Sombre Reflet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of the order.
Delivery costs are indicated at checkout.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC.
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
Sombre Reflet reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a previous dispute, suspicion of fraud, or non-payment.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Accepted payment methods are those offered by Shopify (credit card, etc.).
Transactions are secured via certified payment systems.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
Full shipping terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the site.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier (Mondial Relay, Colissimo).
Sombre Reflet cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.
ARTICLE 9 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized, engraved or custom-made jewelry
- earrings already worn (hygiene reasons)
- damaged, incomplete products or those showing signs of use
These items are neither returned nor refunded.
ARTICLE 10 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Full return terms are detailed in the Return and Refund Policy available on the site.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of:
- preparation error
- defective product
- non-compliant product
The refund is processed within 7 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
ARTICLE 11 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
Sombre Reflet applies legal guarantees:
- Guarantee of conformity
- Guarantee against hidden defects

ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY
Sombre Reflet cannot be held responsible for:
- damages related to internet use
- site interruptions
- delivery delays attributable to the carrier
- incorrect address information provided by the Customer
ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, designs, products) are the exclusive property of Sombre Reflet.
Any reproduction or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
ARTICLE 14 – PERSONAL DATA
Data collected is processed in accordance with current legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the site.

These GTC are subject to French law.
