Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a request by e-mail to:

The product must be returned in its original condition:
- unworn
- undamaged
- unopened (if sealed packaging)
- in its original packaging
2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- personalized, engraved or custom-made jewelry
- earrings already worn, for hygiene reasons
- damaged, incomplete products or showing signs of use
These items cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Conditions
Returns must be sent within 14 days after the withdrawal request.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of:
- an error on our part
- a defective product upon receipt
The return address will be communicated by e-mail after validation of the request.
4. Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 working days, via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in case of an error on our part or a non-compliant product.
5. Defective product or order error
If the received product is defective or does not match the order, the customer must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
We will then offer:
- an exchange, or
- a refund, depending on the situation.
