At Sombre Reflet, each order is carefully prepared to offer you an elegant experience from start to finish.
Below you will find all the information regarding our lead times, carriers, and shipment tracking.
Processing times
Each order requires 2 to 4 business days for preparation.
This period allows us to:
- check the quality of each piece of jewelry
- prepare your order with precision
- package your items in their Sombre Reflet case
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Delivery methods (France)
We currently deliver in metropolitan France via two reliable carriers:
Colissimo – Home delivery
- Direct delivery to your home
- Full package tracking
- Observed delivery times: 48 to 72 hours after shipment
Mondial Relay – Collection point
- Collection at the relay point of your choice
- Practical and economical solution
- Observed delivery times: 3 to 5 days after shipment
Delivery times may vary during peak periods (holidays, promotions, sales, etc.).
International delivery (coming soon)
Sombre Reflet plans to expand its shipments internationally soon.

Order tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery fees
Fees are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the chosen carrier and delivery address.
