That's why all our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers

The Sombre Reflet warranty covers:

manufacturing defects
structural anomalies (defective clasps, fragile links, faulty soldering, etc.)
jewelry showing an abnormal defect despite normal use
premature color loss due to a production defect

In these cases, Sombre Reflet undertakes to:

replace it with an identical model
or, if the model is no longer available, offer a credit equivalent to its value

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

normal wear and tear over time
shock, breakage, or deformation due to improper handling
intentional exposure to corrosive products (chlorine, perfumes, solvents, etc.)
loss of the jewelry
oxidation due to improper maintenance
non-compliant use or modification of the jewelry
